Vinyl Night with MotelShot Records

We are absolutely stoked to continue our monthly Vinyl Night at Southern Peak Brewery!

Motelshot Records will be selling a diverse array of vintage records and beginning at 5pm!

In addition to this special event, we will be presenting an incredible Live set from Carson Hill from 6:30-9pm!

Motelshot Records:

N.C. Native Chad Rich has been a voracious music lover since the early 1980s. His early influences as a young boy was rooted in the Motown Era, Beatles and CCR. As a teen of the late 80's and early 90's, his tastes adapted to early rap and old school hip-hop. Fast forward to college years, music exposure by well-diversed friends in his circles began his love for indie, garage bands, and 60s and 70s psychedelic. Having toured along with local Chapel Hill bands and seeing hundreds of concerts, he began to build a greater knowledge and appreciation for a variety of genres. Over his 40+ years, he has collected thousands of LPs ranging from Brazilian Bosa Nova and Jazz to early Rock n' Roll. And, now he is happy to be able to share some of that collection with you!

Motelshot Records provides a highly curated vintage vinyl experiencing focused from the 60's to late 80's. Their diverse selection ranging from jazz and soul to psych and heavy metal have been carefully selected from over 30 yrs of collecting. Each piece is Ultrasonically Cleaned, receive an archival sleeve and then sealed. This process has allowed customers to fully enjoy their listen experience to buy with confidence.
