Oak City Serenaders Perform at Festa Italiana NC, Apex, NC

Oak City Serenaders will perform on the Carolina Wealth Partners Music Stage at Festa Italiana North Carolina on Saturday, September 20, 11 AM.

Oak City Serenaders is a Raleigh-based mandolin trio playing traditional dance music from Italy and the Americas. Much of their repertoire is drawn from 19th-century ballroom dance music from the ballo liscio tradition composed and arranged by immigrants from southern Italy to the United States. They also play their own arrangements of compositions by Italian-American virtuosi such as Frank Fazio, Giovanni Vicari, and Giovanni Gioviale, as well as a selection of folk melodies from Sicilian barbershops.

The Stage is located at 76 Hunter Street, Apex, NC, adjacent to Town of Apex Government Campus
