TRIATHLON: Run, Dine & Unwind

Not your average triathlon... this one has a twist!

Join us on 14/09 at 4:30PM at Wolf for a unique experience blending sports, food, and film.

Here’s the flow:

- Drop-off & Warm-up: Leave your gear at Wolf, then get stretched and prepped by the Releases team.
- Run: Guided by local running clubs.
- Swim: Refresh with a dip in the dock near the MAS after your run!
- Dine: Refuel with great food back at Wolf.
- Unwind: Head to the MAS for a special movie night: Average Rob’s documentary on Le Triathlon des Sables, with Rob & Arno joining us throughout the day!

A once-in-a-lifetime experience mixing sport, community, and culture in the heart of Antwerp.
