Queer cuban salsa
Join our Queer Cuban Salsa workshop, a chance for the LGBTQ+ community to learn beginner salsa in a safe(r) space breaking away from heteronormative dance roles! Workshop led by Klau, a Cuban dance teacher and graduate from the National Academy of Theatre in Havana, who regularly teaches Queer Cuban Salsa in queer community hubs in Belgium and the Netherlands, such as Bar Buka, Café Saarein, Vrankrijk, Quommunity, Nieuweland, and The Clit Pit. The workshop is open people with any level of salsa expertise, including complete beginners, and welcomes people of any background and ability.
