Handstands&Fries&Ice

Hey everyone! I'm Melis, I’m excited to invite you to a special handstand field trip with my current students and you’re more than welcome to join and bring a friend along! This isn’t a yoga session; we’ll be getting active with a fun mix of movement including animal walks, dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and of course, handstands and their variations. It’s a great chance to move, play, and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment. Best of all, it’s completely free! After our session, we’ll head over to Ellen Frituur for some well earned fries and then treat ourselves to delicious ice cream at Gelato Factory. 💓🤭Come move with us, hang out, and enjoy a fun day outside!
