Breaking Technologies is a workshop where various concepts of Break Dance are shared with people from diverse dance or movement backgrounds or even with no dance or movement experience at all.
We introduce the culture of Breaking, its movement concepts, and different approaches through games, improvisation tasks, and physical exercises.
The workshop mainly focuses on five key elements of Breaking: History, Musicality, Originality, Power, and Form.

At its core, this workshop is about having fun, embracing freedom, and making the most of the skills you already have.
It’s about creating a safe space where we support each other and feel encouraged to explore new ways of moving.
