Emerging Minds

Emerging Minds is a new fortnightly therapist led support group for young adults aged 18-30, which offers a welcoming space to connect with others navigating adulthood with neurodivergent minds. Emphasis is placed on mutual respect and shared experience. The group content will be member led, however will broadly cover psycho-education, and strategies for emotional regulation, self-advocacy, managing relationships and other common issues faced by young people with low support need Autism, ADHD or a combination of both. You do not need to have a diagnosis to attend, please contact me if in doubt.
