Aromatherapy for yoga

This workshop will provide you with an introduction on how to use Essential Oils for yoga ☺️.

We will start by looking at the Chakras and complementary oils.

You will can then select 3 mini oils to make your own yoga mat spray and roller ball oil blend. These oils are yours to take home.

I will show you how to carry out self massage on face and hands. 🧘💗

We will then have tea and cake before finishing with a chakra balancing meditation 🥰. Cost £20 venue St Patrick's Parish Church Antrim
