Join us as we embark on our 7th schedule of Unmasked Heroes: Donate Blood, Save Lives in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross - Quezon City Chapter. Let's make a life-saving impact by giving back to our community, partners, and end-users. Your selfless act of donating blood can truly change someone's life. Let's support this noble cause and spread the message of hope and compassion.

🕒 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
📍 Imprint Cafe - 322b Marilaque Highway, Antipolo City

⚠️ QUALIFICATIONS ⚠️
☑️ AGE: 16-17 years old (may donate provided with parent/guardian’s consent)
☑️ AGE: 18-60 years old (61 to 65 years old may donate as long as already a regular donor)
☑️ WEIGHT: at least 110lbs or 50kgs.
☑️ Generally in good condition.
☑️ Have enough rest and sleep.
☑️ Don’t drink alcohol 24 hours before donating blood.
☑️ No medication intake for at least 24 hours.
☑️ Make sure you have eaten, but avoid fatty food.
☑️ Drink plenty of fluids, like water or juice.
