Welcome the Light..Floating Solstice Soundbath & Meditation

Join us for this very special sound journey to welcome the light and to celebrate the solstice. This will be a departure from our usual third Sunday monthly sound bath series and will take place on June 22nd to line up with the Summer Solstice. Kristin of Trillium Yoga will guide us into the sound journey with a short meditation to bring you into a peaceful state and Tom of Anahata Healing Sound Therapy will take you through a sound journey using crystal bowls, flutes, Himalayan bowls, chimes, gongs and more to calm the nervous system and bring your body into a relaxed state of rest, renewal, and restoration. The solstice ushers in the summer and celebrates the longest day of the year. It’s a celebration of longer days, summer activities in nature, and reminds us to turn inward to explore what we need to evolve and grow. Come honor your inner light as the start of summer lights up our outer world with life in full bloom. Floating spaces are limited, but we also have a number of floor spaces available. Wear light summer clothing and prepare to float away. Mats, bolsters, blankets and other props will be provided by the studio. Bring your own crystals to charge in the vibrational energy and in the summer light through the studio windows. We hope to see you there!
