This workshop takes place at Indian Lake State Forest in Anthony, Florida—a peaceful and lesser-known area rich with native plant life and wildlife. Our Certified Florida Master Naturalists will lead a relaxed, informative hike through the forest, sharing insights into the natural ecosystems, seasonal changes, and the unique role this landscape plays in Florida’s environmental health.
After the walk, gather with fellow guests for a thoughtfully prepared outdoor meal. Our chefs will be cooking on location, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a three-course menu that reflects the experience of the day.
