Spend your morning immersed in nature with a guided hike through one of Marion County’s most scenic conservation areas, followed by a chef-prepared, three-course gourmet meal served outdoors.
This workshop takes place at Carney Island Conservation Area in Ocklawaha, where you'll explore lakeside trails, shaded oak hammocks, and diverse wildlife habitats. Led by our Certified Florida Master Naturalists, the hike offers an educational and engaging look at the area's natural features, plant life, and ecology.
After the hike, relax and enjoy a three-course meal prepared on-site by our chef team. The menu is created using fresh, seasonal ingredients and served in a setting that lets you continue to enjoy the sights and sounds of the outdoors.
