Join us for a winter edition of our signature outdoor experience, combining nature exploration with gourmet dining in one of Ocala’s most unique wetland habitats during the best season to explore this type of environment!
This workshop will be held at the Marshall Swamp Trailhead, a peaceful and lesser-known gem located just east of Ocala. Led by our Certified Florida Master Naturalists, this guided hike offers a closer look at a thriving wetland ecosystem filled with birdlife, towering cypress, and seasonal beauty. Along the way, you’ll learn about the role wetlands play in Florida’s environment and why these ecosystems are so vital.
After the hike, guests will gather for a chef-prepared, three-course gourmet meal served on-site. Our culinary team will create a seasonal menu cooked fresh outdoors, turning your time in nature into a complete sensory experience.
