The goal of this course to educate participants on high blood pressure, health risks, and effective strategies for prevention and management. The course will discuss healthy behavior changes and lifestyle factors that can lower your risk.
The class is EVERY MONDAY, for 6-weeks beginning Monday, July 21, 2025. The first (7/21/2025) and last class (8/25/2025) will be in person. The remainder of the classes will be held virtual.
