6 weeks of Lighting — participants encouraged to attend all sessions.
Discover how to transform any stage with the power of light. This hands-on workshop introduces the basics of theatrical lighting design for community theatre, including how to interpret a script for lighting needs, choose and position fixtures, and use color, angles, and cues to create mood and focus. Whether you're working with a full rig or just a few instruments, you'll leave with practical tools to enhance storytelling through lighting. Led by John Purnell and Matt Rigby. Max capacity: 30.
