Paddlers with their own equipment can launch from Ellen O Moyer park. You do NOT need to sign up and pay any fee If you are launching from the park.,

This event is best for individuals who feel comfortable paddling in the dark. All rented boards come with a light. If you have your own watercraft, be sure to have your own light or headlamp.
