Free weekly sewing club for our community to gain sewing skills and self empowerment! A casual, inclusive space to come together and work on your own projects, learn new sewing skills, and enjoy creative conversation.

Bring your mending, embroidery, beading, or fashion sketchbooks and enjoy an evening of crafting and creativity!

This meeting takes place inside the cafe off Packard & Dewey Ave
The purpose of this club is to help our community to adopt a sustainable fashion lifestyle. By mending, altering, and restyling our beloved garments, we can extend their life cycle and keep them out of the landfills. That means less textile waste, and less water being used to produce more clothing.

By taking control of our wardrobe, we can become more self-expressive than ever! There's nothing more freeing than sewing your own clothing and not having to rely on what's available in the store to craft your personal style.

The fashion industry is big, but together we can make a change. It's a big picture dream that I believe starts with just one stitch!
