Join us for a special FAMILY Stroller Strides class on Friday, June 21 at 9:30 AM at County Farm Park!

Bring your significant other and get ready for a fun, energetic workout that the whole family can enjoy. 💪

✨ First 30 minutes: We’ll get our sweat on together—mamas, partners, and strollers!
✨ Last 30 minutes: The kiddos join in for some movement-based fun and play!

This class is FREE for first-timers and open to all families—whether you’re a regular or just curious to try it out!
