Join Asiga, exocad, Shining 3D and Zahn Dental at Asiga’s brand-new training center for an exclusive hands-on course focused on the complete, validated digital workflow for designing and printing surgical guides as well as other applications like digital dentures. 

This hands-on training will cover exocad design using ExoPLAN, paired with Asiga’s validated print workflow, Zirlux Surgical Guide 3D print resin as well as solutions from other technology solutions from industry leaders.

Attendees will get in-depth experience designing surgical guides in exocad, nesting in smile composer 2.0 and best practices for post processing featuring Asiga’s latest curing unit.

What You’ll Learn 

• Learn how to design surgical guides in exocad using ExoPLAN. 
• Understand the full Asiga validated workflow, including nesting, slicing, material selection, and optimized print settings using Asiga Composer 2.0. 
• Gain hands-on experience printing with Zirlux Surgical Guide resin, a biocompatible, high-precision material trusted for accuracy and durability in guided surgery. 
• Review of Shining 3D’s AoralScan Elite intraoral scanner and how photogrammetry can benefit your lab’s digital workflow. 
• Explore validated workflows using Asiga printers, including design considerations, material selection, and print setup for accuracy and efficiency. 
• Small Group Setting: Engage in an interactive training environment that allows for personalized guidance and Q&A.
