Info: Experience an evening of sound bath therapy at Crazy Wisdom where you will be immersed in the frequency of 432hz crystal chakra singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, drum and various healing tools. You will initially be guided through meditation while allowing yourself to surrender to what no longer serves on a physical, mental or emotional level as you are held in a sacred safe space. This session will promote deep relaxation, peacefulness and fostering a sense of well-being. Bring an open heart, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask and other cozy comforts.
