Recovery + Beyond: Trail Point

Recovery + Beyond is a class open to all survivors and Trail Point members. This is a small group personal training class that will focus on individual attention to improve strength, mobility, and balance. This class offers FREE wellness coaching and incorporates pre and post assessments to track progress.

Three month scholarships to Trail Point are available for cancer survivors. This class is offered at Trail Point on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
