Tryouts are at the Fieldhouse at the Prairie Trail Sports Complex. Please try and arrive 15 minutes early, before the scheduled tryout time.
ITEMS YOU MUST BRING:
- Your own basketball
- Wear a shirt/jersey with a number
- Water bottle for your child
UNIFORM ORDERING
- Be sure to order and pay for your child's uniform the day of tryouts to ensure you don't incur a late charge. See information below if you will miss the tryout date.
GIRLS
No tryouts for 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade girls, but you MUST BE fitted and pay for a new uniform.
Tryout times by grade:
4th: Noon - 1:15 p.m.
5th: Noon - 1:15 p.m.
6th: 1:30 - 2:45 p.m.
7th: 1:30 - 2:45 p.m.
BOYS
No tryouts for 1st or 2nd grade boys, but you MUST BE fitted and pay for a new uniform.
3rd: 2:45 - 4:00 p.m.
4th: 4:15 - 5:30 p.m.
5th: 4:15 - 5:30 p.m.
6th: 5:45 - 7:00 p.m.
7th: 5:45 - 7:00 p.m.
8th: 5:45 - 7:00 p.m.
UNIFORMS:
1st & 2nd Grade: Cost: $48.50/set
Includes shorts and a reversible jersey. These uniforms are for kids 1st & 2nd grade. Parents, you will be able to have your child try them on and pay for the uniform on August 24. If you are not available on this date, you can also visit P&M Apparel, 1100 S 5th Street, Polk City, to try on the uniform and place your order.
3rd - 8th Grade: Below are the uniform costs. It is important to order them before September 7th to avoid late fee charges. The price does go up if you miss this date.
▪️8/24-9/7: Cost $125.
▪️9/8-9/28: Past the deadline, uniforms can be purchased for $150
▪️9/29-10/5: Late orders will be $150, plus a $25 late fee.
▪️10/6-11/9: $150, plus a $25 late fee, but parents can check out a loaner jersey
