SUP 101 Lakes is collaborating with Guest teacher - Erica Weddle of Simply Fitness in Nashville,IN ☀️

we will explore an accessible-yoga series on the boards.

Any fitness level can explore yoga on the board. Majority of the class is seated, kneeling, or lying down.

Erica gives a “yogi recess” time to explore standing & more pleasantly challenging postures at the end is class.

A native of Brown County Indiana, she developed a love for outdoor recreation at an early age.
