ABOUT KATE – “KIND PRACTICE”
My name is Kate and I am the founder and owner of Kind Practice Yoga.
I specialize in supporting women through all stages of life through my qualifications in Yoga, Pilates and my certificate in Safe Return to Exercise for women. With a focus on prenatal, early postpartum, and mums and bubs classes, I help women move through life in a way that feels best for them.
Through workshops for birth preparation, deep rest afternoon retreats, and Move and Breathe events with Elise, I aim to create a nurturing space for women to connect with themselves and others. I’m all about supporting you to feel strong, connected, and empowered.
ABOUT ELISE – “MOVE WITH ELISE”
I am a dedicated fitness professional with over 12 years of experience and a proud mother of two. As the founder of Move with Elise, I am passionate about helping people build strength, improve mobility, and find balance in their movement. I work at Snap Fitness Sunbury as a Personal trainer, Group fitness and Reformer Pilates instructor, and I am also the Group fitness manager creating an inclusive and supportive space for all fitness levels. I love pushing you in your workouts to feel the burn while making movement enjoyable and sustainable. Whether you’re just starting or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way!
