Chef John is partnering with Joe Jurgielewicz & Sons Duck Company to bring us duck like you have never experienced. Each course will feature a duck component and will be paired with Cellar Beast wine. Dinner will start promptly at 6PM with introductions and a brief word from our distinguished guest.
