Join us as we welcome Chef Bill Murphy from Ash Chase Culinary back to the Winehouse for a 4 course pairing dinner! Together with our Winemakers Matt Check and Aaron Gratch, we will bring to you the perfect evening of great wine, food and conversation so you can spend your New Years Eve your way!
1st Course
Crispy Goat Cheese Fritter
Winter Greens, Pickles Shallots, Roasted Butternut
Pecan Praline, Gooseberry Vinaigrette
Paired with 2023 Sauvignon Blanc
2nd Course
She Crab Bisque
Parsnips, Sherry, Parsley Foam
Paired with 2023 Chardonnay Reserve
3rd Course
Roasted Lamb
Cranberry Risotto, Shaved Brussels, Rosemary Jus
Paired with 2022 The Dark Angel
4th Course
Almond Cake
Morello Cherries, Chantilly Cream, Almond Crunch
Paired with Blanc de Noir
Each course will be paired with a limited-release Cellar Beast wine and there will be a toast!
