Join us this Memorial Day at the Andover YMCA for the Murph Challenge, a powerful tribute to LT. Michael P. Murphy and all fallen heroes. This grueling workout is more than just a test of physical endurance—it’s a chance to push yourself, honor sacrifice, and come together as a community.

💪 The Challenge:
🏃‍♂️ 1-mile run
💪 100 pull-ups
💥 200 push-ups
🔥 300 air squats
🏃‍♂️ 1-mile run

It’s tough—but you don’t have to do it alone! Whether you’re going for the full challenge or scaling it to fit your fitness level, we welcome everyone to participate. Modifications are available, and all fitness levels are encouraged to join!
