Muscle Pump with an educational twist!

Participants will learn how to properly perform each lift under the guidance of several seasoned instructors. They will break down the mechanics of every movement to help you move more efficiently, prevent injury, and get the most out of your workout.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, this pop-up class is designed to meet you at your level and help you progress with confidence!
