Gentle Yoga with Haley
Slow down, stretch, and restore. This gentle yoga class focuses on breath, mindful movement, and relaxation — perfect for those new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply looking for a slower pace. Haley offers a supportive space with modifications for all bodies and abilities.

Day/Time: Fridays 8:30-9:30am
$10 per class — All are welcome
Bring a mat, all other props are provided.
