FINALLY Sound Bath is BAAACK!! We missed May, but here we are!
We had such a great group last time. I hope everyone can come to this one.
Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gongs, Drums and more will take you to a deeper level of stress relief and healing as they calm your mind and spirit. I have added another sound that I think you all will enjoy. It is a surprise!
If you have not yet had the opportunity to experience this unique therapy, you owe it to yourself to give it a try.

Bring your pillow and blanket, eye mask or anything you might need to make yourself comfortable. (Many are bringing zero gravity lawn chairs - great idea!)
