About the event

Kenneth Anderson Graveside Ceremony

This year marks the 180th anniversary of the passing of Kenneth Lewis Anderson, the last Vice-President of Texas and our town's namesake.

In honor of the occasion we are hosting a graveside ceremony along with the Sons of the Republic of Texas to commemorate this popular Republic of Texas leader.

The ceremony will start at 9am in the Fanthorp Family Cemetery (across the street from the inn)
