YWCA Alaska Presents: Paint Spenard Orange! (VENDOR AGREEMENT)

Event Date: June 7, 2025, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Location: The Nave (3502 Spenard Road)

Set-Up

· Vendors will be able to load in materials and set up their table from 9 a.m. to 10:15a.m. at the Nave on Saturday, June 7.

· All vehicles will need to be moved out of The Nave’s parking lot area by 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, June 7.

· A map with table locations will be provided to all vendors by Wednesday, June 4.

· Vendors will have access to the restrooms on the inside of The Nave during set up and for the duration of the event.

Vendor Marketing

· The YWCA Alaska will provide vendors with social media graphics to help promote the event.

· Street signage will be set up to attract participants.

Vendor Information and Rules

· Vendors agree to pay the table fee of $50 by Friday, May 30th to reserve their space. Table fee is a donation to the YWCA Alaska.

· Vendors must plan to have their table open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the day of the event.

· Vendors are responsible for any necessary paperwork for items they are selling (licenses, insurance, permits, etc.).

· No food or beverages should be sold at any table.

· No motorized or gas-powered items can be sold at any table.

· No firearms or weapons can be sold at any table.

· Vendors must bring their own payment devices and table coverings. A 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided.

· There are no electrical outlets available.

· Vendors will be responsible for cleaning up their area of all trash and having their own trash receptacle.

· Selling items beyond the vendors assigned table area is not permitted.

· If vendors would like to donate their left-over garage sale items, YWCA Alaska is working with Big Brothers, Big Sisters to donate all remaining items. Please have leftover items for donation bagged or boxed up prior to departure.

Vendor shall defend and hold harmless YWCA Alaska, The Nave Spenard including all employees, volunteers and agents from any claim, economic loss, property damage, personal injury, expenses (including attorney fees), death or consequential or incidental damages suffered with YWCA Alaska Paint Spenard Orange activities.
