About the event

Saint Olga of Alaska Grand Banquet
The Russian Orthodox Diocese of Sitka and Alaska invites you to celebrate the historic glorification of Blessed Matushka Olga, the first female Yup'ik Saint, keeper of the ancient faith & comforter of women who have suffered in silence. The banquet will include Indigenous dance groups, starring music, a short presentation on the life of Saint Olga, and a silent auction to raise funds for the church in Kwethluk that will be built in her honor.
