YOGA FOR BEGINNERS is designed to welcome people of all backgrounds and body types to the fundamentals of modern yoga practice.
You’ll receive clear, in-depth instruction on foundational postures, along with personalized guidance and time for questions. We’ll explore how to use modifications and props so each pose feels right for your body. We'll also discuss the philosophy of yoga and how its basic principles of mindfulness and acceptance can be practiced on and off the mat.
**This program involves moderate exercise that may not be suitable for those currently recovering from significant injuries or with conditions that limit mobility. Please consult your doctor or contact me if you have questions about participation.

Hi, I'm Christina! I've been practicing yoga since 2012 and last year recieved my 200-hr Vinyasa Yoga Teaching Certification at Yagoy. I originally come from the US and I'm also interested in film, comedy, and travel. I feel passionately about introducing yoga in a straightforward way to people who are curious about it but for whatever reason might not feel like yoga is right for them. Hope to meet you soon!
