Yoga Basics Workshop

New to yoga and not sure where to start before diving into flow classes? This beginner-friendly class series breaks down essential poses step by step—so you know how to enter, align, and move with confidence. No rushing, no strain, just a supportive space to learn, breathe, and feel at home in your practice.

What we’ll do together:

- Settling In: Gentle grounding, short meditation, and slow movements

- Breathing Technique: Learn and practice Ujjayi breath

- Asana Clinic: Explore 2–3 key yoga poses with tips for safety, alignment, and benefits

- Practice Flow: Put it all together in a short, accessible sequence

- Closing: A calming mindful breathing meditation
