Join us for a special workshop dedicated to Spins!
We’ll kick things off with a quick refresher on the fundamentals of balance and rotation, followed by targeted exercises to activate your technique.
After that, we’ll dive into spin training for both leaders and followers, exploring clean, controlled turns within fresh patterns.
The highlight of the workshop will be a detailed breakdown of the one-foot spin:
• how to prepare your body for the rotation
• how to lead the spin
• how to spin with control and stability
• how to stop gracefully
