In this 3 days workshop you will practice bodywork on each other every day.
You will acquire the skills of mirroring communication and picking up body signals while someoneโs talking.
How can we ask open questions related to what we see and feel in their bodies? You will strengthen your intuition and empathy. You will also gain an understanding of how to touch people to release chronic tension.
It is suitable for all levels.
If you are a professional in this field you will have tools to blend into your work.
Small group with of 10 - 12 people.
There is a core group of 7 people who does a longer trajectory and then you are invited to add with your flavour into a space which is grounded and transparent.
