About the event

The Covids live in Concerto
Na de Europese underground te hebben besmet met hun meedogenloze liveshows en een furieus debuutalbum in 2023, is de Amsterdamse punkband THE COVIDS terug voor ronde twee!

Nu verschijnt hun tweede volledige album "PAY NO MIND" via Wap Shoo Wap Records: een collectie van 10 nummers vol melodische rauwheid en roekeloze vreugde, met invloeden van onder andere The Buzzcocks, The Undertones en The Wipers. Dit keer is hun songwriting scherper, zonder dat de nummers hun ruwe energie verliezen – en natuurlijk zitten de hooks er nog steeds zo hardnekkig in zoals kauwgom onder je schoen.
