Hoe voelt het om in het (spot)licht te staan?
Hoe beweeg je als je gezien wordt?
Vermijd je het, of gedij je erin?
Welke kansen heb je misschien gemist door niet zichtbaar te zijn?
En zou je dat willen veranderen?
Of wil je onderzoeken hoe je nog meer van je zichtbaarheid kunt genieten?
In deze workshop bewegen we met deze thema’s, soms letterlijk, soms met de camera.
De dans tussen beweging en camera stelt ons in staat om op een andere manier over onze ervaring na te denken.
Het nodigt ons uit om risico’s te nemen en te onderzoeken hoe we kunnen spelen met onze zichtbaarheid.
Je zult de vrijheid, lichtheid en ruimte ontdekken die ontstaan als je durft gezien te worden als je ware zelf.
Zijn wie je bent maakt je licht, speels en vrij.

How do you move when you are seen?
Do you avoid it, or do you thrive in it?

In this workshop, we move with these themes, sometimes literally, sometimes with the camera.
The dance between movement and the camera allows us to reflect on our experience in a different way.
It invites us to take risks and explore how we can play with our visibility.
You will discover the freedom, lightness, and space that emerge when you dare to be seen as your true self.
Being who you are makes you light, playful, and free.
