Solo Blues Intensive Pt 1

TOPICS
Take time to connect with yourself and explore new dimensions of movement. We will work on fluidity, coordination, power, grounding, rhythm, and much more.

This workshop is Blues, but the concepts and body awareness are great for Swing Jazz or any related style of dance.

LEVEL
Since it is a solo workshop, it is easier to work with multiple different experience levels. I will add optional layers of difficulty
If you are completely new to dance and movement, this workshop will probably move too quickly for you. If you have experience in any solo dance or movement form but are newer to Blues, this will be a good workshop for you. And of course, if you have some solo Blues experience, then this will challenge you to level up. :)

We will have a longer break of about 45 minutes in the middle of the workshop. Bring whatever food and drink you need.
