In this 30 hours training we will explore the art of conscious deep rest through the practice of Restorative Yoga.

Content
- Deeper insights in the benefits of rest and relaxation
- Explanation of Autonomic Nervous system
- Explanation of the energy body (Kosha’s, Ida Pingala)
- How to use the props and create optimal support in the poses
- How to guide with mindfulness, inquiry and focusing techniques
- Tools to promote deeper relaxation; breathwork/ pranayama’s, touch and more
- Practicing & Sequencing
- Teaching skills and building a class
- Do’s and don’ts when assisting

Those students and teachers who want to deepen their practice and experience the magical impact of deep rest. For teachers to learn about this practice and share with students. For students who want to dive deep into the experience of deep rest.
