Since 2019, Funny Women Amsterdam has been a home for diverse and dynamic voices in comedy. We’re more than just a showcase; we’re a platform committed to creating an inclusive space that empowers women and underrepresented voices in the comedy world. Our mission is to break down barriers, make room for new talent, and redefine what comedy can be—open to all who want to participate, laugh, and support.

Founded in 2002 by Lynne Parker, Funny Women has been at the forefront of supporting and nurturing female comedy talent globally. Known for its annual Funny Women Awards, this UK-based organisation is dedicated to helping women in comedy make their voices heard.
