Autumn Alchemy: Tea Ceremony & Sound Bath at Oracley

Join Sound Healer and Yin Yoga Guide, Ro, and Multidisciplinary Healer and Herbalist, Allie Brown, on a multi-practitioner cosmic soundbath, tea ceremony, and guided meditation journey. Experience the alchemy of the autumn season–tend to your own garden, and pour into yourself. This workshop is held at the dreamy Oracley space in Amsterdam. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before start time.

We will begin our workshop by setting intentions, and learning about the energetic and health benefits of Autumnal herbs. Allie will blend warming and nourishing herbs into an Herbal Tea Infusion, formulated to balance your nervous system, boost immunity, and open your heart. Tea Infusions are made from herbs and other plant materials (flowers, roots, stems, etc) and lead to a medicinal benefit for the body.

Experience the stillness and beauty of a Tea Ceremony.

We will then transition into our relaxing sound + guided meditation journey, featuring crystal alchemy bowls, chimes and various instruments.

In Chinese medicine, Fall is governed by the Metal element, connected to the Lungs and Large Intestine–inviting tending to inner reflection and letting go of what no longer serves us.
