The Path to Self-Knowledge Through Art Therapy

Art therapy invites us to deeply connect with ourselves,through the symbolic language. It's an inner journey that allows us to recognize our emotions, stories, and needs. Self-knowledge is an essential process for living more consciously.

With this in mind, I present this project aimed at adults: weekly art therapy sessions designed so that we can walk this path of discovery together. In a safe and welcoming environment, it will be possible to look with care at our emotions, express them, and understand them, allowing each participant to develop their own journey of growth.
