3 evenings of Family Constellations & Systemic Exercises with the same group
Do you ever wonder if you are truly in the right place in your work? Maybe you often take on too much responsibility, hold back when you’d like to be more visible, or feel stuck in a repeating pattern with your manager or colleagues. These dynamics are rarely random; they often echo as patterns in our life.
In this three-evening systemic journey we’ll explore how your background and family experiences show up in your professional life, while also practicing what it means to take your best position at work, connect to your deeper purpose, and create more space for yourself.
Together we’ll look at questions such as:
• Position – Where is your rightful place in your work and team? Do you tend to stand on the sidelines, or step into roles that don’t truly belong to you?
• Purpose – What truly drives you? Are you following your own values, or the expectations of family or culture (for example: “success only counts if you climb the career ladder”)?
• Space & Dynamics – What happens when things don’t flow with your manager or colleagues? Do old triggers surface—like not being seen, having to fight for attention, or always being the peacemaker?
Through family & organisational constellations, systemic exercises, and meditations, we will uncover what lies beneath these patterns, and experiment with new ways of positioning yourself in your work. Each evening includes both personal constellations and collective practices, so everyone in the group benefits.
Working with the same group across three evenings allows us to go deeper, building trust and safety along the way. The journey can bring more clarity, freedom, and energy to your professional life. Not only by understanding where patterns come from, but by experiencing what it feels like to take your best place at work.
