Sound immersion ✨

Come along for a sound immersion session where you will be guided through a coloured breath relaxation exercise to help you relax into the space.
Once here you can simply enjoy the sounds or enjoy a mediative journey with the healing frequencies guiding you along ✨
Please bring a mat,blanket and pillow if you wish to lay down.
