Guided meditation and sound bath

Experience a relaxing guided meditation followed by a healing immersion of Sacred Sounds from the Gong , crystal singing bowls, shruti box and sonic chimes .
Allow the vibrations to flow through you, taking you on a journey of deep relaxation, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually; helping with stress relief, fatigue, healing and clearing of negativity in your energy fields.

Open to all, newcomers welcome.

You can experience the session sitting or laying down . If you wish to lay down please bring a Yoga mat , cushion , blanket etc ..
