Guided Gong meditation

Come and join us for a beautiful hour of relaxing Gong meditation this Monday morning . start your week with a bliss out on a blanket .

We start with a grounding meditation and weave through mantras , then drift out into blissful Gong and singing bowls , we shall be using our Ganesha and Isis Gong and a range of healing instruments .

We end with a silent space for contemplation then catch up with a herbal tea .

Our meditation tribe are warm and friendly and I love how our little community is growing ❤️
