- **Event Description**: Join us on this fascinating journey into sound in the upcoming workshop lead by Ramsey Kattan. With the intention of gently guiding participants in finding their own resonance using musical instruments, this workshop perfectly encapsulates core values of connecting within and making contact with our own individual essence or vibration.

The workshop focuses on the following four key domains of our human experience:

Breathing: Introduce what breath is and how to discover and train healthy breathing habits. This renews cells and creates vitality.

Body Awareness: through bringing our awareness to different points of the body we start gaining body awareness to enhance physical and mental health.

Voice: is the center of creativity, through singing and feeling the voice we connect with our creativity.

Vibration: Sound vibration causes the cycles per second in the brain to go slower. This calms our nervous system.

Dexterity: skill in handling instruments , especially with the hands.

Ramseys work intends to help participants lead more harmonious and empowered lives by building skills in the following key areas:

The session ends with a 30 Minutes Sound bath.

All workshops are guided with live instruments.

Saturday September 13 from 7 PM to 8:30 PM at Prana Space.

Duration : 1 Hour and a Half

Price : 20 JD per person


TERMS 

To secure your reservation, kindly submit a payment of 20 JD by September 12 at the latest. Deposits can be made  via Cliq to the following Alias: (nadaprana) 

Please note that reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the payment.

You are entitled to cancel your reservation and receive a refund of your payment up to 1 day before the scheduled date. However, cancellations made on the same day will result in the full charge. Thank you for your understanding. ( Minimum 3 paid attendees )


About the facilitator:

RAMSEY KATTAN is a multi-instrumentalist and sound artist. He has travelled the world for the past 14 years studying sounds, frequencies and musical mastery of many cultures and traditions. 

He became certified to train Integral Sound Healing from Svaram musical instruments and Research in India and is a certified Holistic Councilor and workshop facilitator.
