Using our breath is one of the most powerful methods to heal ourselves.
Trauma and stress are often stored in the deep tissues and nervous system of the body, so this method allows the stored “charged” energies to move through and out of the body bringing about great relief and balance.
We will be using 6 elements to make it a safe and effective journey for you. Come find out what they are and prepare to breathe deeply to release and heal in a comfortable environment.
We are focusing on the 7 belts of tension in the body in 6 consecutive sessions. The belts of tension are areas of your body, which store the most amount of emotions/ tightness/ pain/ trauma, and working on them can give you great breakthroughs on your healing journey.
This session will focus on the Diaphragmic Belt of tension (lower ribs, solar plexus, diaphragm).
Contribution: 30JD or come with a friend and pay 25JD each.

About the facilitator:
Nada is a Trauma-Informed Wellness Practitioner, Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher with over two decades of experience guiding others on their healing and growth journey.
She studied Psychology at the American University in Cairo and has been on a transformative wellness journey ever since. She started her healing journey in 2001 by learning Reiki leading her to learn and offer a wide range of modalities, including Bio-Dynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release, IMD Breathwork, Internal Family Systems, ThetaHealing, Access Bars, Psych-K, Pranic Healing, Sacred Activations, Emotional Freedom Technique, Emotional Release tools, and Trauma Releasing Exercises.
In 2017, she founded Prana Space, one of Amman’s leading holistic centers, which has become a hub for wellness workshops, retreats, and spiritual practices.
